We present, then, the result of several years of study of a subject, whose greatest difficulty, besides understanding it fully, could be to synthesize it, since each of its topics can be developed - as some have been - to the depth of complex monographs. Due to the universal character recognized in the subject, we also made use of foreign doctrine, being particularly useful with regard to general notions. With the support of these, we wanted to show an overview of Civil Law III, without losing the style of our previous texts.
