The work of contemporary artists Leonor Antunes, Silvia B chli, Toba Khedoori, Susan Philipsz and Rachel Whiteread provides various approaches to the space of Renzo Piano's exemplary museum building for the Fondation Beyeler. These artists create a specific sense of space--acoustically, as sculpture, or in drawings.
