About the Author
Ladimer Kowalchuk grew up in a small town in rural Canada. Even in his younger years he was always driven by the desire to make more money so he could buy the things he wanted. Ladimer worked part time after school but always hated the fact that he could only make so much money for an hour's work. It didn't seem fair. There had to be a better way. Early in his married life he wanted to buy a bike for his 5-year-old son. He was working for an hourly wage and was broke as usual. He decided to buy a used bike from a neighbor who was having a moving sale. Instead of one bike, the neighbor talked him into buying three used bikes for $50. He had an "Ah-ha!" moment when he sold two bikes for $50.00 each and kept one for his son. Hooked on the easy profit, he started buying and selling for a side income. Within a few months, he was making a better living, and soon he started buying and selling everything from cars and bikes to household goods and after a few years' even airplanes (excluding the infamous street sweeper mishap). Ladimer and his wife now enjoy a great lifestyle buying and selling on tax-deductible road trips throughout the US and Canada ¬- and helping others do the same.
