Descripción
The present text attempts to systematically and relatively documented condense the main topics of the subject Civil Law III Obligations. We do not intend to delve deeply into the different topics, but rather, to offer the lawyer and the student the basic notions of the subject, with recent special bibliographic references and jurisprudential notes that allow them to move towards a more detailed knowledge. We present, then, the result of several years of study of a subject, whose greatest difficulty, besides understanding it fully, could be to synthesize it, since each of its topics can be developed - as some have been - to the depth of complex monographs. Due to the universal character recognized in the subject, we also made use of foreign doctrine, being particularly useful with regard to general notions. With the support of these, we wanted to show an overview of Civil Law III, without losing the style of our previous texts. The general scope of its principles, the impeccable rationality of its norms, the inexhaustible richness of its institutions and the projection of its importance in any area, make the subject, if not the most transcendent of the career, at least the one that most manages to absorb the passionate student of Law.
