In a condominium located south of Mexico City, Carlos and Lucía live. From the beginning, they have shared laughter, games, and secrets—even the fact that their parents are involved in politics. In the year of their fourteenth birthday, their friendship takes a turn, and one night they agree to meet in an uninhabited house to take a more serious step in their relationship, and in their lives. Carlos, however, gets cold feet; so the next day his sorrow is greater when he learns that Lucía has disappeared... Dissatisfied with the authorities' conclusion, Carlos decides to conduct his own investigation, but getting involved in this thorny matter will put him face to face with an even more difficult reality to confront...
