About the Author
El pastor Michelén ha formado parte del Consejo de pastores de la Iglesia Bíblica del Señor Jesucristo en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana, por más de 40 años. Tiene la responsabilidad de predicar la Palabra regularmente en el día del Señor. Actualmente posee un doctorado en ministerio por el Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, donde también enseña Historia de la Reforma, Teología Histórica y Apologética.
El pastor Michelén es autor de varios libros, incluyendo: «La más extraordinaria historia jamás contada»; «Palabras al cansado - Sermones de aliento y consuelo»; «Hacia una educación auténticamente cristiana»; «De parte de Dios y delante de Dios: Una guía de predicación expositiva»; y «El cuerpo de Cristo: ¿Por qué debo ser miembro de una iglesia local?», entre otros. Junto a su esposa Gloria, tienen tres hijos y cinco nietos.
Pastor Michelén has been a member of the Council of Pastors at the Iglesia Bíblica del Señor Jesucristo in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, for over 40 years. He is responsible for regularly preaching the Word on the Lord's Day. He currently holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he also teaches Reformation History, Historical Theology, and Apologetics.
Pastor Michelén is the author of several books, including: «La más extraordinaria historia jamás contada»; «Palabras al cansado - Sermones de aliento y consuelo»; «Hacia una educación auténticamente cristiana»; «De parte de Dios y delante de Dios: Una guía de predicación expositiva»; and «El cuerpo de Cristo: ¿Por qué debo ser miembro de una iglesia local?», among others. Together with his wife Gloria, they have three children and five grandchildren.
