Descripción
By Spain's greatest expert in anxiety. Evolutionally, restlessness and overthinking have enabled our survival; however, even though it sounds paradoxical, they have also been a curse that takes a part of our lives. Who hasn't felt anxiety in the face of dangers and catastrophes that never come to happen? The human brain was not designed for the sophisticated world we live in, and it isn't always easy to adapt to it. Learning how to manage our thoughts and understanding how to keep our focus amidst the never-ending mental noise, has become a priority in a changing environment overloaded with information. In this book, psychologist Rubén Casado, specialized in anxiety, presents his proven method to put a stop to our restless mind.
